About the Mooney M20K
The Mooney Encore (M20K) is the late-1990s refinement of the M20K turbo line — produced from 1997 with TSIO-360-SB1 engine and upgraded systems. Cruise around 220 knots at altitude; relatively few built, so the used market is thin. The Encore represents the most refined version of Mooney's turbo M20K, with modern avionics and the heat-management lessons of the 231 and 252 fully applied.
