Upgraded to the ModSquad '262' Conversion - Continental TSIO-360-MB (The engine on the Mooney M20K '252') The -MB engine has a fully automatic wastegate (no overboostin), intercooler and tuned induction system. Upgraded to the 252 cowling also (better cowl flap. Compressions at the 2025 annual: 70 / 78 / 78 / 78 / 76 / 78. Regular Blackstone Oil Analysis at oil change (regular 25 hour oil changes with one quart added between changes).

New 3-Blade Hartzell Prop (installed October 2025).
