Interior
Front Seats could use some TLC and the plastic headliner is cracked. Overall fair condition but it can be spruced up pretty easily.
Exterior
Painted in 1998 in a Mooney Bravo Scheme. White over Blue with Gold Trim.
Inspection
Next annual will be due February 2027. Very Good Maintenance History. Fuel Tanks done by WeepNoMore in 2014. 2008 damage repaired by Beegles of Greely CO.

REAR NOSE GEAR TRUSS BROKE UPON LANDING. MECHANIC SUSPECTED AIRLINE CRACK IN PART THAT WAS NOT OBSERVABLE DURING INSPECTIONS. THIS SDR IS BEING SUBMITTED BY FAA ASI, FOR THE OWNER, WHO IS IIC FOR THE INCIDENT THAT THIS AIRCRAFT WAS INVOLVED IN.
