REAR NOSE GEAR TRUSS BROKE UPON LANDING. MECHANIC SUSPECTED AIRLINE CRACK IN PART THAT WAS NOT OBSERVABLE DURING INSPECTIONS. THIS SDR IS BEING SUBMITTED BY FAA ASI, FOR THE OWNER, WHO IS IIC FOR THE INCIDENT THAT THIS AIRCRAFT WAS INVOLVED IN.
THE BAGGAGE DOOR WAS LATCHED PRIOR TO FLIGHT. AFTER TAKEOFF AT ABOUT 500 FEET AGL THE BAGGAGE DOOR BLEW OPEN AND SUSTAINED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE. THE PILOT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. UPON LANDING AN A&P INSPECTED THE LATCH AND OBSERVED IT WAS ST...
DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL, THE PILOT'S SEAT SUDDENLY BROKE LOOSE AND MOVED FULL AFT. THE CAUSE WAS FOUND TO BE A CRACKED BELLCRANK TUBE UNDER THE PILOT'S SEAT. I WILL FORWARD PHOTOS.
FUEL LINE FROM PRIMER SOLENOID TO THROTTLE BODY,BROKE IN HALF UNDER B-NUT, CAUSING THE ENGINE TO LOSE FUEL SUPPLY TO THROTTLE BODY.
V BAND CLAMP HOLDING TURBOCHARGER ONTO EXHAUST BROKE AT THE SPOT WELD.
(CAN) OWNER ASK TO HAVE A FUEL LEAK REPAIRED AND COMPLAINED THAT FUEL DRAINING WAS VERY SLOW. AFTER DRAINING TANKS IT WAS NOTED THAT AN UNAPPROVED REPAIR HAD BEEN UNDERTAKEN AND THE SEALANT APPLIED COVERED THE DRAIN CHANNEL TO THE QUICK DRAIN. IN ORD...
