This Turbo Lance has lived most of its life in the western US and is a clean airframe.
Engine
Engine: Lycoming TIO-540-S1AD (300HP) TSOH: 799.4 (2002) 303.5 Hours (2020) on engine since complete top end with new cylinders 15 Hours (2025) on engine since complete bottom end overhaul due to a gear up landing In 2025 the engine was completely disassembled and reassembled using Lycoming parts and the Lycoming overhaul and maintenance manuals by reputable A P's and I/A's.
Propeller
Clean airframe and all AD's are current. The paint is a 6.5/10. In 2025 there was minor work to the airframe due to a gear up landing. The damage was on the cabin/nose belly area. The nose gear doors had to be replaced/repaired and some of the belly fairings and stringers had to be replaced.
Interior
Comfortable 6 seat club configuration. Carpet and seats are grey and in good condition 6.5/10. Glass is in excellent condition and is a 8.5/10
