Description
1975 Piper Archer. Condition: Mechanical 8/10, Interior 4/10, paint 2/10. Annual until Sept 2026, regularly flown 30-50 hours per year. TT 4824 SMOH 685. Mostly California plane but now in the PNW in covered hangar. Upgraded with dual Garmin G5, SL40, GNS530, STEC 30 autopilot. Great plane for training and building time.
Engine
Lycoming A4A O-360 that was rebuilt in 2012 with all new cylinders. Good compression on all cylinders. Sensenich prop overhauled in 2012.
Propeller
Airframe in good shape. Needs paint soon.
