Description
Low time Piper Cherokee 140 with only 3230 hours total time. Engine has approximately 1100 hours since major overhaul and 75 hours on an IRAN inspection due to low compressions. Complete logbooks since new and annual inspection completed May 2026. The plane was based in Guatemala from new until 1979 and imported to the US with a new airworthiness certificate. It has the front 2 seats only, no rear seats, but I'm assuming they could be added but better get the input from someone more knowledgeable on this subject than me. Average paint and interior, updated Garmin radio. Annual completed May 2026 and transponder certification current until April 2028. The logbooks reflect damage in 1976 and NTSB report of a landing accident in 1985. Useful load is 768 pounds.

Engine has 1100 hours since major overhaul and approximately 75 hours since an IRAN inspection in 2024. All 4 cylinders were overhauled, new camshaft, new main bearings and 8 reconditioned tappet bodies were installed.

The exterior is allover Beige with Blue, Yellow and Orange accent stripes. Hangared. Has had some touchup work and still shiny! Interior is Beige vinyl seats and side panels with recent Brown carpeting. Overall looks good with some wear in the normal high wear areas.
