BTHDescription
C-GRFH has: -no damage history -original logbooks back to new. Originally registered in US, then imported to Canada in 1980's. -3900+ TT -1400+ SMOH O540 B4/B5 ("bulletproof") -prop and mags overhauled in March 2026 -new 406 ELT October 2025 -original paint, and interior in good condition. Pilot seat has a couple of holes worn in fabric, but other seats in very good condition. Carpet needs to be replaced in back seat and baggage area. -wheel pants need refurbishing. Fibreglass cowl and tip tanks repainted about three years ago. -Relatively new ADSB-in and ADSB-out (978UAT only). Wiring installed to tail for future TailBeacon X ADSB-out. -new Garmin GL40 flip flop installed about 2015 -Little L-per and antenna for CASARA ELT homing belong to CASARA, so I would remove before possession if airplane not sold to CASARA pilot. -Maintained by Artisan Aviation (Ian Baker) for at least the last 22 years. -Hangared at CYBW -useful load 1332# ("my flying truck"). Great people hauler and cross country airplane.
