1973 Grumman AA-1B

This is a low -cost, great time-building aircraft. We have completed the following: entire aircraft lubed, brake reservoir and battery serviced; repaired air filter box to carburetor heat box attachment; removed, cleaned and reinstalled left wing fuel drain; replaced both wing drain hoses with new; replaced fuel vent flexible hose in wing root with new Tygon tubing; replaced all tires with new Air Hawk tires; replaced windshield, canopy window, rear windows, and nav light lenses with new; repaired rudder cap with fiberglass patch; rewired clock and mag switch; reassembled nose fork and serviced; removed, inspected, repainted, ad reinstalled engine mount; replaced brake linings with new RA066-10500; disassembled and cleaned brake calipers; replaced grease seal for L/H MLG outboard bearing with new; repaired wiring and connections to tail beacon and tail nav light; adjusted elevator cable tensions to proper spec and installed new safety clips; replaced aircraft battery; replaced fuel tank plug seals; rigged flight controls; assembled interior of aircraft; replaced defrost outlet; inspected and tested ELT (batteries replaced); engine overhauled; reinstalled engine on aircraft; installed overhauled magnetos and timed; installed new alternator belt.
