LH magneto 500-hour overhaul August 2025. RH magneto is electronic- no 500-hour inspections required. Pitot static and transponder inspection November 2024, ELT inspection August 2025. ELT battery due April 2027. New ship battery August 2025. All ADs complied with August 2025. No damage history and complete logbooks since new. Garmin 430 WAAS, Garmin GTX330 transponder with ADSB in and out Garmin GMA 340 audio panel Narco MK12D TSO nav/comm radio Dual glide slope CDIs, 4 place intercom with music inputs, Garmin Aero 660 GPS with traffic and radar, JPI fuel flow analyzer, Aerospace Logic Digital EGT gauge, Electronics International volt/ammeter, Hobbs meter, Clock, Stand by Vacuum system, Avionics master switch, Door steward pneumatic door holder, LED nav lights, wingtip strobes, fin strobes LED landing light. Exterior paint 2024 and in excellent condition, 10/10: Matterhorn white with tasteful blue and gray stripes by Okochobee Jet Center. New interior 2008, 8/10. Great low time aircraft. This plane has been meticulously maintained by a FAA Part 145 repair station with oil changes every 50 hours. It is and will be a great VFR and IFR aircraft.
