Description
This plane has been with me through my journey of becoming the aviator I am today. I hope this plane can do the same for the next person who has the pleasure of flying her.
Engine
This engine (O-360-A4A) has been very reliable, and has held compression above 75 / cylinder for every inspection. Each annual I had the IA send out an oil sample for inspection, which has come back clean and healthy each time. I had an oil heater installed for the winter months to make starting easier on the engine. The prop is new from last year and is in perfect condition. Under 50 hours since new. The exhaust is 3 years old. I always fly with a CO detector, and get readings below 9ppm.
