An exceptional 1969 Piper Cherokee that features the perfect blend of traditional instruments and modern upgrades. The ideal flying environment was achieved by adding new digital instruments while keeping the essential analog ones. It’s the perfect setup for initial or IFR training, a time builder or just for transportation. In 2023 an Electronics International CGR-30P/CGR-30C primary engine instrument combo was installed giving the pilot superior accuracy and dependability managing all engine perimeters including EI fuel sensors. Paired with a Garmin G5 digital multi-function display the plane was truly brought to the 21st century. The aircraft has all logs since new, and all ADs are complied with. The Cherokee 140/160 is known for its reliability and fuel economy.
Engine
The solid low time engine has had a 160hp upgrade and sports the latest version PowerFlow tuned exhaust installed in 2024 which increases the power output even more. It will provide the new owner with many hours of peace of mind. The engine was overhauled in 2022 and got all new Type “D” Teflon hoses and shock mounts during installation.
Propeller
The factory new propeller was installed in 2024 and has only 67 hrs. on it
