1579 tt 25 smoh 220hp retract CS prop excellent 5 seats 1200lb useful like piper arrow baby Beechcraft bonanza flown regularly annual Feb 2025 I have 3 of this plane it is terrific but I need to sell has been loved and hangered it’s life until now I have a lift and can’t fit on top sadly I have flown this plane distance stable about 140 kts I have 2 excellent flying I have a 3rd complete not flying and enough spares in a hangar to keep them going both <2k hrs and under 100 hrs SMOH I can sell the whole package if you want a club /flight school. hangar is 15ft tall tails 8ft 6 in no room!
