1967 Cherokee 235 Make an offer. I've found my next plane so I'm ready to let this one go. IFR certified. Panel updates: Newer Bendix com radio. Garmin GPS 175, AV30 attitude indicator, digital engine analyzer, Garmin transponder. High total time, but it looks like almost all of the time is from the original owner that used it to commute. It does not appear to have been used in a flight school. TTAF 8900 TSMOH 390 3 blade constant speed Hartzell TSN 390 Times will change, I fly it frequently. Engine was rebuilt by Universal Arrow Engines. March 2017 Interior is plain, paint isn't great, but there is no corrosion. It's shiny from 20 feet away. It has lived in Florida for less than a year. 84 gallons of fuel (the tanks don't leak or seep) 1250 pounds useful load. I've done all of the nitpicky maintenance maintenance items. And all A.D.'s complied with. New EGT and CHT sensors (not all) New throttle and carb heat cables 2025 New elevator bearings 2025 New battery 2025 New spark plugs 2026 New rebuilt carburetor 2025 Both mags overhauled 2026 Prop governor overhauled 2026 New motor mounts 2026
