1967 Piper Cherokee 140 PA-28-140, 150 HP. Times will increase due to my wife is taking lessons. This is a great time builder and a great plane to buy and get both your PPL (VFR) and IFR certification in. Fresh annual done in October 2025. Wing spar AD done in 2023 and just reinspected during 2025 annual, indicated in log books Log books and all records and receipts from 1975 until present. Paint 7/10 but you can polish and it will be a 9/10. I brought this plane from Marshall, Texas all the way to Van Nuys, California when I bought it. I've been flying it ever since and upgrading it for my wife's safety, so EVERYTHING has been gone over from head to toe by my IA. We're selling this plane because it's time to upgrade to something bigger. NO damage history, NO corrosion.
