CF-ZPN 1967 Cessna 172 Skyhawk Total time on frame since new 3286, hangered in Penticton, never used for training. Empty weight 1400 lbs, max takeoff 2300lbs. Two tanks total fuel 39 gallons, has STC for 80/87 non-eth mogas. Engine- Continental 0300D, 6 cylinder, 145 hp with 120 hours since total rebuild in 2020 by Okanagan Aero Engines. New Millennium cylinders, new Skytec starter, Spin on Oil conversion, new ducting and baffles installed, new Slick magnetos, new Kelly wiring harness, new Concorde battery in 2023. Front strut removed and rebuilt in 2023, shimmy damper rebuilt, all bearings checked and re-installed. New headliner, interior, carpet and paint in 2015. Upgraded windshield and door glass, new seat roller kit installed, shoulder harnesses installed. Installed LED landing lights. Garmin touch screen GPS, Garmin 295 GPS, 2 Coms, 4 place intercom, EGT, 406 Elt, Mode C Transponder, Skyhawk reclining rear passenger seats Complete logs and Tech logs, Current C/A, due again in June of 2026, all A/D's complied with. A delight to fly and flies hands off.
