This aircraft is an incredible family mover with a recently overhauled engine/prop and a fresh annual. It is ready to carry you on your next business trip or family adventure! Additionally, this aircraft would make a very good trainer for a private pilot looking to further their training in their own plane! The major maintenance items have been covered over the last couple of years which makes this plane ready to fly into the foreseeable future!
Engine
Exhaust and Engine mounts replaced in January of 2023. Engine and Prop both overhauled in November of 2023. Compressions at last annual were: 76 / 77 / 78 / 76 / 78 / 75
Propeller
Single Pane windshield and Laminar Flow Systems aileron speed mods installed. Annual Completed 1/27/2026, and all necessary actions were completed.
Interior
Interior was last replaced in 1999, and it is in very good condition. This aircraft is very comfortable to fly in, and it has a unique carbon fiber panel cover with LED instrument lights installed.
