Description
Low total time, always hangered Piper Cherokee 235 in great running condition. Perfect for individuals or families who enjoy cross-country flying and don't want to have to worry about useful load. Engine is high time, but has had several cylinders replaced in the past few years. Good compressions overall and strong bottom end should keep a full overhaul a ways off in the future.
Engine
#3 and #6 cylinders replaced within 2 years (Superior Millenium). #4 replaced within 4 years. All compressions as of last annual 72-78. Low time constant speed propeller (201 SMOH two years ago). Prop governor also replaced, as well as new Sky-Tec starter installed around the same time.
Propeller
Airframe overall in great condition. Low time. No corrosion identified. Wing spar AD previously complied with. Tires and brakes replaced within past 2-3 years.
Interior
Interior 7/10. Fresh foam cushions in front seats replaced within past two years. Paint is 7/10. Some minor chipping present on stabilator and engine cowl cover. One-piece windscreen has large scratch - does not affect function or overall visibility. New style Rosen visors installed.
