Description

N9301J is a low airframe time, mid-engine time, and brand-new prop time aircraft with complete logbook history. Used in the 60's and 70's as a trainer aircraft, then a personal aircraft from the 70's to the 2010's. This Piper Cherokee was purchased in 2023 after it had been in a hangar for a decade. Much work was put into the aircraft's restoration. The hours on the aircraft flown since then have been 90% cross country hours. Mainly used to allow for time building. The reason for sale is to upgrade into a larger airframe. This Piper Cherokee 180 is in excellent mechanical condition. The avionics have had thoughtful, modern upgrades. A reliable aircraft, N9301J would be the perfect fit for any pilot looking to own an aircraft for pleasure or flight training purposes. The logbooks are complete. The most recent years are available via photo. Otherwise, serious buyers may see the complete logbooks in person. Registration is current. 337's are all in the logbooks. Weight and balance is current and in the logbooks. Current useful weight is 1,075 lbs.
