Excellent cross-country and hour-builder! In annual (due October 2026). Complete logs since new (digital and physical copies) (Including all 337s and STCs, well organized, see photos). We've flown from Utah to Washington State, Arizona, Texas, and Oshkosh WI, among other trips. All ADs and inspections current. We have taken extra good care of "Air Jordan" (Chicago Bulls paint colors, parking space #23, it's the only real nickname we could give her!). Currently based at KELN (Bowers Field, Ellensburg, WA). Cover, XL tie-downs, and cowl plugs included. Times will rise due to regular flights.
Engine
Lycoming O-320-E2A. 140 HP. Average GPH: 7.5. New: exhaust system, shroud. Recently overhauled magneto (500 Hr). Oil change every 50 hours, no shavings ever found in oil. Cylinder compression results: 1 - 76/80; 3 - 74/80; 2 - 72/80; 4 - 74/80.

Original interior, no tears or rips, great condition - 7/10. New windshield, new rear window (2025).
