1966 Piper Cherokee 140 TT ~3000 TT on engine ~1300 0 time engine installed in the 90's Annual due September Elt 2027 Transponder 2027 I bought this plane in November of 2025 to get my license in. Previous owner owned it since the 80's. Great airplane, never had a single issue with it. I had the sky sensor installed for ADS-B. LED landing light. Ive put ~110 hours on it. Only selling due to upgrade to high performance. Located at 38D-Ohio
