1965 Cherokee 180C. Less than 2800 hours on the airframe, zero corrosion, roughly 330 hours on the engine. Overhauled by Triad and has a transferable warranty on it. Brand new prop with the overhaul. I fly it regular (200 hrs or so a year) so times will change. Just finished annual. New G5's, garmin gps 175, IFR current, kx 155 nav/vom with gs. ADSB out via Skybeacon. Garmin 327 transponder just overhauled last year. Very well maintained. FULL LOGS SINCE NEW and no damage history. Hangared 99% of the time and not used for training. Painted in 1995. Located KGCY and I can ferry as needed. Airframe TT 2714. One of the lowest in the country. SMOH 332 (2024) Useful load 1085 50 gallons/ 8.5gph cruise at 75% power 5 hours of flight and still have vfr reserves. 120 kt TAS New mains and tubes Next Annual due 5/27 Newer starter/ alternator/ rebuilt calipers and toe brake/ new LED strobe/ new mufflers Current IFR (due again 2/28) KX155 nav/com with GS and its own CDI Dual G5's Garmin GPS 175 Garmin gtx327 transponder ADSB out via Sky Beacon/ in via Stratus Reiff Oil sump and cylinder preheating system Flap gap seals Aileron gap seals MAC heavy duty wing and elevator covers Might trade for a light twin. Seneca/ Cougar/Comanche etc.
Engine
Lycoming o360. Basically new from the firewall forward. New prop installed at the same time as overhaul.
Propeller
Super low hour air frame. Zero corrosion. Air frame was fogged with corrosion X a few years back. Not subject to the eddy current or intrusive wing spar AD.
