Description
This is your opportunity to buy a great trainer airplane with less than 50 hours SMOH! Plenty of time to accumulate hours and build reserves. Straight wing Cherokee PA28-180, not affected by the recent wing spar AD. Airframe has approx 9700 TT. This project took a while and lot of work was done to the interior, I can confirm with certainty that nothing on the aircraft is corroded or rusted. Instrument is standard 6 pack, but has mounts for iPad and adsb receiver. Those wanting fancy avionics will have a blank canvas. This is no hangar queen, what you get is a reliable and cost effective airplane to use for years to come! Interior refurbishing has some nice features as well. For example, high back seats are much more comfortable than standard. If you take out the front right seats you're left with a very comfortable cross country airplane for 2 people. Asking price is $120,000, no low-ball offers please. Willing to consider selling 50%
