Aircraft Details
Seller reportedDescription
I have decided to reduce the sale price to $180,000. This is a considerable discount to the original listing and excellent value compared to similar aircraft on the market. Please read what is on offer.
This aircraft has been newly painted in high quality duco a few years ago, with brand new windows and the D'Shannon 1 piece windshield. It has been hangared ever since. This aircraft looks like a new plane.
The Nav system is a Garmin GTN 750 integrated with 2 Garmin G5's AI&HSI.
It is worth highlighting the Garmin GFC 500 Auto pilot. This state of the art autopilot with 3 servo axis will provide coupled approaches, missed approaches and has flight envelope protection. This level of protection gives exceptional operational security. The transponder is the GTX 345 with ADSB In/Out for further security and situational awareness.
In addition I run an iPad Mini with Oz Runways for navigational redundancy.
The aircraft has long range fuel bladders (289l), giving over 5 hours range plus reserves. New wing spars and caps were installed at bulk strip and paint. Magnetos overhauled only 20 hours ago.
The Debonair will conservatively cruise at 155Kts with a fuel flow of 42-45 lph, depending on altitude.Annual inspection is not due until June 2027. The engine is a Continental IO-470-K. The engine is rated at 225 HP at 2600rpm.
Only 165 hours have been flown since the engine was extensively overhauled including cylinder rework, new rings, haudraulic lifters etc.The work was carried out by Sun Coast Aero Engines. It has Gami injectors and a JPI-EDM 350 engine monitoring system in the cockpit.
Prop: McCauley 2 Blade. 1300TT SOH (2000TBO)
Annual inspection due late June 2027. IFR 2 yearly avionics calibration completed June 2026. The aircraft's interior was refurbished at the time of re-duco and is in very good condition, 9/10 Exterior is in excellent condition and would compare to new aircraft quality finish
