1962 Beechcraft Debonair - N330CL - Fully Restored / Upgraded IO-470-N / New Three-Blade McCauley Prop N330CL is a beautifully restored 1962 Beechcraft Debonair that combines classic vintage Bonanza/Debonair character with extensive recent mechanical, structural, cosmetic, and avionics work. It is rare to find a 64-year-old aircraft in this level of condition. Over the past 24 months, more than $180,000 has been invested into restoring, upgrading, inspecting, and improving this airplane. The aircraft has been upgraded to an IO-470-N 260 HP engine under D'Shannon STC, paired with a new McCauley Scimitar three-blade propeller conversion. The airplane has a useful load of 1,041.2 lb and delivers strong, smooth performance. The engine was overhauled by Columbia and has been carefully broken in for approximately 10 hours. It runs smooth and healthy, with strong high-altitude performance demonstrated above 15,000 ft. At 11,500 ft, the aircraft has shown excellent operating numbers, running approximately 12.5 gallons per hour, with CHT below 400°F and **EGT around 1400°F**. This was not a cosmetic-only refresh. The entire airplane was opened, inspected, and treated with CorrosionX. Corrosion treatment was completed throughout the aircraft, including inside primary and secondary control surfaces. Major work includes new primary control surfaces, extensive mechanical servicing, landing gear service, brake and tire replacement, gasket replacement, avionics refurbishment, paint correction, polish, and interior improvements. At the last annual inspection, all applicable ADs and airworthiness requirements were complied with. Aircraft times are current. Major Recent Work and Upgrades Include: * IO-470-N 260 HP engine upgrade with D'Shannon STC Overhauled by Columbia - approximately $80,000 with installation * New McCauley Scimitar three-blade propeller conversion Approximately **$20,000 * New primary control surfaces New left and right ailerons and new stabilator - approximately $26,000 * Extensive mechanical restoration and service work completed at KUNV New brake pads, new tires, gasket replacement, full corrosion treatment, landing gear service, and additional mechanical work - approximately $30,000 * Avionics and panel refurbishment Overhauled altimeters, replaced compass, new dashboard with lighting - approximately $4,000 * Paint correction and polish Wings and rudder refinished/polished - approximately $3,000 * Interior improvements New wood interior flooring, new sidewall and carpet work - approximately $6,000 * New engine preheating system installed- approximately $2,500 This aircraft represents a rare opportunity to own a classic Beechcraft Debonair that has already received the level of restoration and mechanical investment that most buyers would otherwise need to do themselves. Vintage character, upgraded power, modernized systems, and extensive recent investment make N330CL a standout example. Records / Logbooks: Current aircraft records are available. Airframe logbook history prior to approximately 2000 is partially unavailable; however, current aircraft times are documented, and at the most recent annual inspection all applicable ADs and airworthiness requirements were reviewed and complied with. The aircraft has also undergone extensive recent inspection, restoration, corrosion treatment, mechanical work, and upgrades over the past 24 months, with more than $180,000 invested. **Additional Photos and Records:** High-resolution aircraft photos are available here: Current aircraft records and available logbook scans can be provided for serious buyers and pre-buy inspection.
