Lycoming 0-360-A1A with Hartzel constant speed propeller. 2,143 hours on engine since new, 1,077 hours since top overhaul, and 201 hours since propeller overhaul which included a new hub. Since purchased in 1991 this airplane has always been hangared. Paint 8/10, interior 6/10. Have logs since aircraft was new. Has Hooker front seat shoulder harnesses. Ready to fly with fresh annual completed in April 2026. Avionics include a Narco Mark 12D nav/com, Appareo ESG transponder, Stratus 2i ADS-B in receiver.
