This aircraft is currently in a hangar where it has been stored since 2000. The last annual was in 2000. The pictures are from when it was last flying. The owner regularly pulls the prop through, however the engine has been sitting since 2000. Before it was hangared, the wings were rebuilt with spruce spars and stits fabric. The entire aircraft was recovered with stits. This is a perfect aircraft for someone that would like to own a Stearman, and has the time to invest in bringing it back to airworthy condition.
