1942 Boeing PT-17 Stearman with ground up restoration in 1993. Continental W-670 overhauled by Radial Engines LTD with roller bearings. Aircraft comes with either zero time McCauley steel or 66 hour Sensinich wooden propeller. KY-97 radio, KLN 90-B GPS, GTX 335 ADS-B out transponder, Kannad GPS-ELT, intercom, new PS engineering PM 1200 intercom, Stratus portable ADSB out. Good paint and ceconite fabric - Army Air Corps livery - functional interior. Redline brakes, five point restraints, Airwolf remote filter, oil tank heater. Comes with loose tools, spare parts, never used canvas cover, DC headsets/helmets/goggles. Mechanically solid. Complete logbooks since restoration, partial logbooks since 1946. Annual Nov 2025. Always hangared since 1993 restoration.
Engine
332 hrs SMOH (2015) by Radial Engines Limited in Guthrie, OK. Roller bearings. Wire sparkplugs. Engine leaks a little oil in flight from #2 exhaust pushrod tube, but never drips. Eclipse E-80 starter 2022 - typically starts on second or third blade. Jasco alternator. Spare Stromberg NAR-6G carburetor. New Sensinich wood and 0 time since inspection McCaulley props. 1942 Lincoln penny.
Propeller
Ground up restoration 1993. Fuselage frame reoiled and repainted. All new wood spars and ribs in wings. Blue River Ceconite. Tailwheel assembly rebuilt 2021. Always hangared since restoration.
Interior
Good paint. Some cracking along stall strip on lower wing and right fuselage (exhaust). Unpainted rivets from repair of cracks on aft engine cowling. Fabric great shape. Interior is functional, consistent with a military trainer. Five point restraints.
