The 75L3 variant typically features a 220-horsepower Continental W670 radial engine. The Kaydet is a conventional biplane of rugged construction, with a tailwheel and fixed undercarriage and open cockpits in tandem configuration to accommodation the student and instructor. G-CIPE was acquired from the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. It was disassembled and shipped the UK. It had its 220 HP Continental engine removed and replaced with a more powerful 300 Horse Power Lycoming R-680 E3B radial engine.
