About the Beechcraft T-34 Mentor
The Beechcraft T-34 Mentor is a single-engine military trainer derived from the Bonanza, first flown in 1948 and built in large numbers for the US and allied air forces. Listed as the Beech T34, the T-34 Mentor, the A45 Mentor or the turbine T-34C Turbo Mentor, it pairs a tandem two-seat cockpit with Bonanza-derived structure. Many piston A and B models have passed into civilian and warbird ownership, where the Beechcraft T-34 Mentor is prized as an aerobatic-capable, military-heritage trainer.
Produced 1953–1958.
