2900hr TT, ~1300hr IO360-200 engines and props, 140gal fuel (1400 mile range), Garmin 750i, 650i, 350C, 345R, G500 A/P, G275 AH,HSI, and Engine monitors, new push/pull landing gear cables, miller wing lockers, miller nose baggage, miller dual brakes, 50hr on bendix mags, 5 hr on surefly electronic mags, new tires and tubes, 1000hr AD completed, webco nacelle fuel tanks, all speed mods completed, 1052lb useful load. Interior fabric good, exterior paint is ok but not great. Possible trades for high wing like a Cessna 180, 182, Maule, etc.
