The condition of this aircraft is exceptional; one of the cleanest airframes I have ever seen for this year of aircraft. Just under 2000 hours TOTAL TIME and 495 on a FACTORY Engine! Maintained by Dugosh in Kerrville, TX (home of the Mooney factory) for many years. The metal is straight and the aircraft shows like it was much newer than 1981. No known damage history. Current owner (for 12 years) is retiring from flying.
