About the Piper MALIBU MIRAGE
The Piper PA-46 is the pressurised, cabin-class single that bridges high-performance piston flying and owner-flown turboprop travel. The line runs from the piston Malibu (Continental TSIO-520), the Lycoming-powered Mirage and unpressurised Matrix (today's M350), to the turboprop Meridian (M500), the bigger-wing M600 and the latest M700 Fury. Every PA-46 has a stand-up cabin, club seating and a known-ice option, and the line is the natural step up for owners moving past piston Cherokees and Saratogas toward turbine performance.
Produced 1984–2000. Total produced: 404.
