Very nice 1963 Cessna 182F. 2150TT, 780hrs since factory reman in 2004. 780 on prop SOH. April 2026 annual completed. Nice interior with BAS belts, Rosen Visors, New headliner. IFR capable with garmin 530, par200b audio panel/com, garmin 106A, garmin 327 transponder, jpi 700 engine monitor, Tail beacon ADS-B out. Spin on oil filter. Clear coat is peeling on top of wings and horizontal; but is nice overall. 1098lbs useful load! Super smooth running machine. We have put 40 hrs on in the last 4 months.
