Description

Experimental 4-Place Aircraft Looking for real cross-country capability in an experimental 4-place aircraft? The Veloce 400 delivers 180 ktas at 10,000 ft on 15 GPH, with cabin room, size, and performance that put it in the same conversation as a turbo Cirrus SR22T - without stepping into the $1M price range. This is a sleek composite aircraft with side-stick flying, strong speed, excellent efficiency, and true traveling capability. Build Options Estimated Costs $67,000 - Fast Build Kit (800-1,200 hours) $87,000 - Ultra Fast Build Kit (600-1,000 hours) $200,000 - All-In if you Build It Yourself $300,000 - All-In using a Build Center The Veloce 400 was designed for pilots who want Cirrus-like numbers, size, and mission capability at a much more accessible cost. Design Lineage This aircraft comes from a proven design family with 107+ related aircraft flying in the U.S. Designer Rich Trickel first created the Pulsar 150 in the 1990s, which became the first generation of his composite 4-seat aircraft. In the 2000s, he improved that design into the KIS TR-4, the second generation. The Veloce 400 is the third generation - a further refinement of that proven 4-place platform, with improvements in design, avionics, and engine integration. Rich's vision was simple: "I want a Cirrus, but I can't afford one." So he kept the best parts of his earlier designs and made them even better. Current Status Veloce has nearly completed one aircraft in Whiteville, North Carolina, with several more currently under construction. Demo flights coming soon. More info and specs:
