Detailed Description 1961 PA24-180. AFTT: 3706 approx. (aircraft flies fairly regular) Eng. TSMO 1736. Fresh annual done 6 May 2025. 1000 hr gear AD *77-13-21 completed. New bungees installed. All airworthiness directives up to date. Garmin 400W, Two KX 155s. King KA134 audio panel. Stec Autopilot ( no alt hold ). ADS-B in and out ! IFR certification current. All lights are LED with alternating landing light option. New tires and tubes as of April 2023. Aircraft was stripped and painted April 2023. Interior 7 of 10. Engine compressions 1. 75/80 2. 74/80 3. 75/80 4. 75/80. Carb overhauled 4/2023. Fine wire spark plugs installed. Overhauled mags installed, SkyTec starter installed.This a great aircraft for travel, time building, or flight training. Economical to fly. Flight Pan for 145 knots.
