2010 Cozy MK III

The owners of N15CZ ( dl=0 " class="external_link" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" dl=0 ) asked me to help them get the word out on a Cozy III for sale in Punta Gorda (Kpgd ( We feel that a sale price of $55,000 ( ) is fair for the condition of the aircraft based on it's present condition and status. The plane hasn't actually flown yet. The previous owner flubbed up the initial test flight and damage the plane. I repaired the damage, the owner finished putting the plane back together, but no flights. The aircraft is registered has a current condition inspection, is almost ready for taxi tests and has an FAA flight test box set up around Punta Gorda in Florida. I looked the plane over two weeks ago and can confirm it's in good shape. I think the surface paint over the main wings needs to be sanded off and the wing tops be at least reprimed before a first flight. The paint is flaking off and will interfere with the airflow performance so you'd need to spend a weekend on that before it will be ready for flight.
