ENGINE: Jabiru 3300A Gen 2, 120 HP, 6-cylinder horizontally opposed, air-cooled, direct-drive, carbureted, dual ignition. S/N 33A2472. Engine TT 243.5 hours since new. Installed new by US Aviation Group LLC, Denton TX on 03/08/2012 (WO# 9445) as a factory replacement after the original engine (S/N 33A1175) seized at AFTT 538.3. The current engine has never been overhauled - listed time is time since new on the 2012 Gen 2 build. Engine returned to Jabiru USA at 22 hours for JSB-033-1 piston/circlip work (factory service bulletin) and reinstalled 06/2013. Engine has run 220+ uneventful hours since. COMPRESSIONS (10/2022 baseline, full 6-cylinder readout): 76/74/78/75/76/74 of 80. All annuals 2023, 2024, and 2026 show all cylinders ≥74/80. Compressions verified at 03/2026 annual. OIL: Aeroshell 15W-50, NAPA Gold 1394 filter. No metal at last filter cut. Starter serviced 2018 (Bendix drive cleaned and lubricated). Tanis pre-heat installed (cylinder heads + oil sump). PROPELLER: Sensenich W60ZK53, S/N AH4778. Natural-wood, fixed-pitch, with leading-edge protection. Prop TT 501.1 hours. Installed 12/12/2008; transferred to current engine at 2012 install. At 03/2026 annual: prop and spinner inspected, prop mount bolt nuts replaced new and torqued to 220 in-lbs, prop track verified under 1/8". PERFORMANCE: ~120 KTAS at 2,850 RPM on 4.5-5.5 GPH. 35.4 gallons usable. ~800 nm range, ~6.5 hr endurance with reserve. ~520 lb useful load. 1,320 lb gross (LSA). Stall 45 KIAS full flap. Special Light Sport Aircraft. 776.7 hours total time airframe as of last annual condition inspection 03/03/2026 by US Sport Planes, Denton TX (Scott Severen A P #3543489). Next due 03/2027 or AFTT 801.7. Always hangared at KDTO. Complete, bound, unbroken logbooks from 2007 manufacture to present (Airframe 59 pp, Engine 24 pp, Prop 10 pp). All Jabiru service bulletins current, including JSB041-1 (Teleflex cable inspection) complied at 03/2026 annual. New Desser 500-5 6-ply main tires and freshly repacked wheel bearings at last annual. Matco wheels and brakes. Wheel pants installed. Electric flaps with panel position indicator. Landing, nav, strobe, and position lights. No structural damage. Disclosed history: 2022 RH door window replaced new with Jabiru factory part per JTM001-10 after fueling incident; signed off airworthy.
