For sale is a 2001 R44 Raven 1 that had a full 2200 hour overhaul completed July 2013. This helicopter has sustained an overspeed and requires the engine to be disassembled. While removing the main rotor blades for inspection, their was corrosion noted that would cause the blades to become unairworthy. This aircraft is not a show pony, she has visible wear both inside and out due to hog hunting. This helicopter is also operated fairly close to the Gulf of Mexico, and corrosion spots will be noted throughout the aircraft. Pre Buy inspections are encouraged before closing on the ship.
