2000 M20M Bravo in excellent condition. 2400 TT, 450 on a new Lycoming engine, 450 on a new 4-blade MT prop with TKS de-ice and McCauley Prop Governor. Includes known ice; overhauled in 2021. Speed brakes (both overhauled). All Garmin panel with the exception of Avidyne Flight Max EX500 Moving Map. Includes: Garmin EDM-900 all-in-one primary engine monitor, Garmin GTX345, Garmin Artex 345 ELT, Garmin GTN 650, Garmin G5 EADI, Garmin GFC 500 with roll, pitch, pitch trim and yaw damper interfaced with GTN 650 Nav/Com/GPS, 345 transponder with Skywatch 497 and KGP EGPWS and set up with KGP 560 EGPWS. G5/GFC 500 installed on both G650's. Recent annual included landing gear. Newer gray leather interior rated at a 9/10. Blue and white paint job rated at a 8/10. Does not have AC. Useful load 951 pounds. Holds 89 gallons of fuel. No damage history. Last annual completed in November 2025.
