Engine
Continental Factory REMAN Engine Installed in 2016 with 550 TT and fresh annual inspection at a Mooney Service Center. See attached log books below.
Propeller
Prop Overhauled in November of 2016
Interior
Original interior with typical wear for a 30 year old aircraft with almost 2500 TT. Overall, it is not in bad shape at all. The rears seats are currently out (As seen in the pictures) but they do come with the aircraft.
Exterior
Paint is original and there is still an embedded shine under some aged paint. I feel that a professional paint correction should be be able to cut through and produce a viable shine. However, THE AIRCRAFT IS A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR A FULL PAINT JOB BECAUSE ALL THE LEADING EDGES HAVE SIGNIFICANT PAINT ABRASION but the aircraft has VERY GOOD BONES !!!. This leading edge abrasion could be remedied with a partial paint job but in the long run the aircraft is worth a full future paint job, it would also be faster by several knots with new paint.
