Aircraft Details
Seller reportedDescription
Our aircraft is a highly enjoyable and exceptionally fuel-efficient general aviation airplane, which my spouse and I have been operating purely for recreational purposes. It has always been hangared, and as both of us are active airline pilots, our demanding flight schedules have limited our usage, resulting in relatively low total flight hours one of the aircraft s key advantages. The aircraft has been regularly run (approximately every two weeks) to maintain engine health, and all maintenance has been carried out meticulously with no outstanding items. Additionally, the aircraft is based in a hangar where a dedicated maintenance team is readily available. In 2022, the aircraft experienced a minor runway excursion. Following the event, all required components were replaced in accordance with the recommendations of Mooney International Corporation and approved by authorized technicians. Since then, the aircraft has continued to operate without any issues or performance limitations. The pricing has been set competitively, primarily reflecting this past incident. Kindly take this into consideration before entering negotiations. Furthermore, as the aircraft is located in Turkey, no additional import taxes apply for buyers from Europe or other international locations. Wishing you safe flights Airplane time state: Total Time: 1,100 hours Engine Lycoming IO-360-A3B6, rated at 200 hp TBO: 2,000 hours or 12 years (recommended) Only 50 hours SMOH (since major overhaul) Overhaul completed in 2023 Propeller Brand new McCauley B2D34C214, 2-blade TBO: 2,000 hours or 6 years (recommended) Purchased new in 2023 Low-time engine since overhaul and a brand-new propeller make this aircraft particularly attractive in terms of reliability and reduced near-term maintenance costs.
