Description
*Project*
This 1989 Piper PA-28-161 Diesel Cadet is a rare find, being one of the final Cadets ever produced. Featuring a highly economical Continental diesel engine that runs on Jet A1 fuel, it’s perfect for pilots seeking lower operating costs without compromising performance.
It has had an extensive refurbishment which includes all new Bendix King and Avidyne avionics, a new full two-tone leather interiors by Air Interiors Elstree, and many other upgrades.
The aircraft was originally registered on the N reg, and there are plans to return it to its original registration, as some of the avionics are only FAA certified. Alternatively these can be taken out and it can carry on the G where it is currently registered.
The aircraft needs work to complete, but it presents a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take on a project and finish it to their standards and specification. Viewing by appointment only at Helix Av, Manston Airport, please contact for more details.
