For pilots who value utility and real-world performance, this Saratoga SP delivers. With its 300-HP Lycoming IO-540 (801 SMOH), Hartzell three-blade prop, and 5,303-hour airframe, N8186D offers strong, predictable power, a generous useful load, and 102 gallons usable fuel for those across-the-country missions. The airplane’s versatility makes it equally at home hauling family, colleagues, or cargo—one of aviation’s best blends of payload, range, and comfort. The WAAS-enabled Garmin GNS 530W, ADS-B Out GTX 330 transponder, and JPI EDM 701 engine monitor round out a pilot-friendly, capable panel ready to travel anywhere.
At closing, you’ll receive a $5,000 allowance toward cosmetic enhancements—paint, interior, or your own custom touches. Always hangared and just out of its August 2025 annual, N8186D represents true Saratoga value: power, space, and reliability that make every flight purposeful. About the Piper Saratoga
The Piper PA-32 family is the six-seat, club-seating Cherokee — a stretched single designed to carry a family or six adults at meaningful speeds. The line evolved from the fixed-gear Cherokee Six (PA-32-260/300) through the retractable Lance (PA-32R) to the modern Saratoga (PA-32-301), available in normally-aspirated Saratoga II HP (300 hp IO-540) and turbocharged Saratoga II TC. With a big cabin, club seating and a 165-knot cruise (II HP), the Saratoga is one of the most practical family-haulers in general aviation.
Produced 1980–2009. Total produced: 2,200.
