1980 Mooney M20K 231 hangared at KAPA near Denver. Well maintained aircraft owned and flown exclusively for the past 7 years by an ATP rated pilot who is also an A P mechanic. Hangared in Denver since 2019. Previously hangared in Nevada. Many upgrades since 2019 including new interior plastic, carpet, and leather seats and trim. Complete panel and avionics upgrade in 2020. Replaced all panel wiring harnesses and connectors. Overhauled Airspeed, Attitude Indicator/Flight Director, and JPI Fuel Scan 450. Altimeter and mag compass replaced new. Autopilot roll and pitch servos overhauled. Fuel tanks stripped and resealed by Weep-no-More. Avionics: King KFC200 Coupled Autopilot, Flight Director, Slaved HSI Garmin GNS 530 WAAS/TAWS (Terrain Warning), Displays ADS-b weather intensities in color plus traffic. Garmin GNS 430. Garmin GTX345 Transponder w/ADS-b in and out. Garmin Flightstream 210 couples an iPad running Foreflight to the GNS530. Displays traffic and weather on both the iPad and GNS530 and allows drag-and-drop route changes while in flight. Four place intercom. Music jack. Complete logs since new. Scanned logs available upon request.

Continental TSIO-360-LB1B engine factory remanufactured by Continental. Fuel injection. Fixed waste gate turbocharger.

Well maintained M20K 231. Hangared in dry Colorado since 2019 and hangared in Nevada for 10 years prior.
