Flown very conservatively with lots of life left on the motor. Beautifully maintained, turn key Grumman Tiger. Flown weekly for the last 6 years. Lovely interior, paint is good. We fly it between 7,000-12,000' and see 130 knots TAS at a conservative 65% power and 10gph. We're obsessive about maintenance, and there is no deferred maintenance. Built to travel. She's got all the speed mods, 2 axis autopilot, precise fuel management, and a great IFR glass panel. 51 gallons internal fuel and 950 pound useful load. The 180 horsepower motor provides 1,000 fpm climb rates, high field elevation operations, and the ability to climb well above terrain. Grumman makes such a superior aircraft to pipers and cessnas. Outside visibility, comfort, build quality, and speed all speak for themselves. October annual by AU County Aviation (Grumman specialist). Full annual report is attached for download. Oil changed every 25-35 hours with oil analysis, no discrepancies. Plane flies weekly and the engine is run conservatively at 65% power which is visible in the engine health metrics above.
