This 77 Seneca is ready to fly! The owner spent 170K on firewall forward engine overhauls with NEW factory cylinders and NEW 3 blade STC Hartzell props. Then engines have 280/280 hours since overhaul. The props have 80/80 hours since new! The panel is equipped with a Garmin GPS with ILS capabilities, a second ILS/ NAV radio with a separate indicator. There is an onboard radar coupled to an Avaydine EX500 color moving map display for weather avoidance. The navigation is coupled to fully functioning Piper autopilot with electric trim. Additionally is a Garmin 660 moving map color display. This one has long range fuel tanks installed which gives approximately 5.5 hours of fuel that displays on the Shadin fuel computer and tells exactly fuel burned and remaining. Full co-pilot instruments. Has color radar to avoid weather and turbo to climb above weather and take advantage of tailwinds. Owner has flown this plane with reliability and has unlimited checkbook for maintenance. He installed overhauled engines and new props for reliability for flying his family around.

These engines have been completely overhauled and new items firewall forward and have 280/280 hours per side with NEW factory cylinders. The props are Factory NEW with 80/80 hours since NEW and cost approximately 24K per side upgraded from 2 blade to 3 blade STC in 2024. These engines are approximately 65K installed per side. The overhaul time is 2000 hours. With engines and props owner has spent approximately 175K. This is the real value on this aircraft.
