Detailed Description This aircraft has been sold. Another aircraft of similar design and time is in process. This aircraft is ready to fly! The recent owner bought this plane for his son to get his ratings and build his time and has completed the mission. While he owned this aircraft he overhauled the engine and propeller in 2024 and has 155 since overhaul with new exhaust, engine hoses, magnetos, ignition wiring, engine hoses and many overhauled parts. Also the interior was new in 2022 and had a full strip and custom paint in 2021. Also upgraded and installed was a Garmin moving map GPS, (2) Garmin G5's, all coupled to a NEW Garmin GFC 500 autopilot. This makes this aircraft TAA certified and can be used from Private through commercial rating and beyond.The plane has flown more than 600 hours in the last 5 years and is very reliable and safe. This aircraft was the first year Piper upgraded the longer fuselage and double tapered wing. The engine has been upgraded to 160 HP. The wing spar eddy current AD has been accomplished. This plane needs nothing!
