Description
A most immaculately presented example of this two seat aircraft. S/N 101, the first one of 102 produced. Internally, panel created with Trig comm and transponder, engine monitor. Interior metal work stripped and painted in grey to match panel. Inside and outside of canopy stripped and finished in white. All German placards removed and replaced with English embossed placards. Recent full leather seating in black with diamond shape red stitching. Interior side panels replaced which match the seating. LED landing light replaced. In the aerobatic category (reduced MTOW) basic Aeros can be performed to max +4.0 and -2.0. (accelerometer removed, but it is available). Further restoration and improvement works involve replacing carpeting (nearly complete), replacement of nav lights with modern LED s, replacement of wing walks. This work can either be completed by a new owner or the current owner. The aircraft can sometimes be confused for new as the condition is very good, with people often surprised when told that it was built in 1970! Price - Now Reduced to 49,000 ONO. No VAT. Viewings by appointment - Oaksey Park Airfield (EGTW) Airplane time state: Airframe 2158 hrs +/- Lycoming O-320-E2C Engine - 2158 hrs +/- (on condition, although an overhaul has been performed). Hartzell HC-C2YL-1BF Propeller - full strip down and inspection performed, some parts replaced that were close to tolerance, Form 1 issued allowing further 6 years before inspection.
