1966 Convair Voyager (108-2)

The Stinson Syndicate based at Booker is offering for sale G-BRZK after owning her for around 10 years. She has been hangered at Booker in a heated hanger during this time. The sale is due to the members all wanting to move off into other projects. G-BRZK is a Stinson Voyager (Stinson 108-2) and was built in 1947 by Consolidated Vultee Aircraft Corporation. She currently has approximately 3020 hours in total. The engine is a Franklin 6A4-165-B3 which gives a cruise of 95kts and an endurance of around 3.5 hours. She has a MTOW of 2230lb which gives a useable payload 780lb G-BRZK is offered as a project due to a high-rev engine problem which we haven?t been able to trace, other than that she is in excellent condition (the C of A expired on the 18/2/13). Our asking price is ?17,000 although there is room for a deal and conversion training available from our own instructor.
